Well 2010 is behind us and 2011 is looking promising. New format, bigger payouts, rule changes and most of all continuation of some of the best Salmon fishing ever on the lake. Last year had its ups and downs but in all we appreciate the support that many of our competitors have shown. Without the fisherman there wouldn't be tournaments like these. I have often said there are three components to running a successful series of tournaments, Fisherman, Volunteers, and Sponsors. We could not do all of this without support from the fishermen and their families. There is great consideration to forming a team organizing time to pre-fish and then fishing the weekend tournament. Thank you for your participation!

Volunteers are a big part of the equation, without them we could not do some of the things we are able to do. It all takes manpower and it comes from volunteers. Thank you to all that help us make fishing tournaments into great events for everyone to enjoy.

Sponsors, if it was not for them, the cost to running an event would be too great to participate and everything would go to wash. Sponsors are sometimes expected by the public to join but it is not an obligation. Sponsorship is a generous act on their behalf that we do not want to forget. In these economic times we are fortunate to have our sponsors and we would like to thank them and appreciate everything they provided to make The Big Jon King Of The Lake tournament series a success!
