Our kickoff to the tournament season! It brings many familiar faces back year after year in hopes to cash in on the big prize. The competitive juices are flowing at its fullest as many use this event to start their season. We had a great start as plenty of fish were caught during a tough bite. The weather took its toll on us as day 2 was cancelled due to weather and day one leader Irish Thunder captained by Joe Toomey was crowned Spring Champion. Joe worked the water by the Niagara bar to capture one of his many wins he has had in the series over the years. Joe is well known amongst the field of compititors and is a handful to compete against.
2012 - April 27-29. The event will be held in Port Dalhousie Pier Marina. They are great hosts and we are happy to return. Fish should be ready to go in Mid April which makes our event
at the end of April one not to miss. Spring kings have a lot of spunk and can test anyones fishing
ability.
