1. Print the entry form, fill in all areas, bring it to the Scotty or King Of The Lake booths at the Spring Fishing Show in Toronto, Sportsman Show in Montreal and Toronto or the Grand Rapids, Mi show. Enclose a checque or money order wit with the entry form for the full amount. Mail to:
